Aronson Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, i2S, Inc. (Ideas to Solutions) on August 17, 2009 by Camber Corporation, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital. ACP served as the exclusive advisor to i2S in this transaction.

Based in Columbia, MD, i2S is a leading provider of IT, engineering and professional services to the National Security Agency (NSA), and other intelligence community and law enforcement clients. With approximately 140 employees and consultants, i2S provides a quality platform for Camber’s expansion into the rapidly growing cybersecurity and intelligence markets. i2S’ core capabilities in intelligence analysis, knowledge management, systems engineering, advanced software development, and enterprise architecture support will complement Camber’s existing information security offerings and provide expanded solutions to its current DoD client base. i2S
